You may not link to, publish, display, or commercially exploit any material from Provider or other entities with an interest in the relevant intellectual property unless you request and receive prior written permission from Provider or other entities with an interest in the intellectual property. Provider is not responsible for the availability of any other site to which the Site links. Provider does not endorse or take responsibility for the content, advertising, products or other materials made available through any other site. Under no circumstances will Provider be held responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss or damage that is caused or alleged to have been caused to you in connection with your use of, or reliance on, any content, goods, or services available on any other site. Member Conduct
You may not use the Site in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair any aspect of the Site or that could interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Site or that is in violation of any law, regulation, court order or regulatory decree.
Provider maintains the computer equipment that enables the provision of the Site in Arizona and unauthorized use of the Site will lead to use of equipment in Arizona and potentially other states. No Resale of Service

Copyright Complaints
Provider respects the intellectual property rights of others and requires that the people who use the Site do the same. Pursuant to Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c)(2), notifications of claimed copyright infringement should be sent to Provider’s designated copyright agent. Last Revision Date: August 8, 2005 Provider is committed to protecting your privacy and security and has explained in detail the steps taken to do so. Provider periodically revises these policies and practices so you should check back often.

Provider is the sole owner of the information it gathers on the Site. Provider will only share your information with outside parties in ways that are described in this privacy statement or if Provider is required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary in order to conform to the diktat of the law, cooperate with law enforcement agencies, or comply with a legal process served on the Site.

The Site does not presently collect any personally identifiable information. The Site does log referring URLs, IP addresses and browser types for systems administration purposes. These logs will be analyzed to improve the value of the materials available on the Site. A user's session will be tracked, but the user will be anonymous. Provider does not link IP addresses to any personally identifiable information. Provider does not use web beacons or clear GIFs.

A 'cookie' is a small data file that a Web site may send to your browser and that your browser may then store on your system. Provider uses session cookies to simulate a continuous connection. Governing Law
These terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the State of Arizona, United States of America, where the Provider offices are located. Accordingly, the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, will be used exclusively to construe, govern, and enforce these terms, excluding all conflict of laws rules. Except as provided in the Injunctive Relief section, any action related to or arising out of these terms will be filed only in the Arizona State Courts or in Federal Courts in Arizona and you consent to the jurisdiction of said courts.

If any of these Terms of Use is found unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision will be considered severable from the remaining Terms of Use, and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. This is the entire agreement relating to the subject matter it contains. This agreement may be modified only by posting of changes to these Terms of Use. Failure to enforce any portion of these Terms of Use in any instance does not amount to a waiver of the right to enforce such portion in the future.
